THE AGREEMENT SHOULD MATCH THE WORK.
Filmmakers do not surrender ownership by default. Nonexclusive licensing may be appropriate. Distribution rights, monetization, Archive access, merchandise, territories, and revenue participation are agreement-specific. Vile Gate does not promise revenue a title has not earned.
